I am a data scientist and energy market analyst with 25 years' experience across academia, government and industry. My research spans energy forecasting, transport analytics, combinatorics and classical cryptography, and the places where those subjects meet.

I am currently Senior Energy Market Analyst at Energy Exemplar, building models of the Western Australian, Northern Territory and National Electricity Market (NEM) power systems in PLEXOS, a commercial electricity-market simulation platform. I remain an Affiliate at University of Queensland Cyber Research Centre and an Affiliate of the University of Newcastle.
